J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Subway en févr. 2016
Entretien
I received a call about a week and 3 days after I applied for the new store in town. She called me on a Tuesday and I had my interview today on a Friday. I showed up early this morning and she was already waiting there since someone hadn't shown up before me. I sat down and we started with talking about me and why I wanted to apply for subway. I had prepared A LOT of possible questions and answers. I spent a lot of time going over my answers. She didn't ask any questions besides the one about myself and why I applied. This made it easy and not nearly as stressful as I was making it. She hired me on the spot and I will have orientation and training and an online test to determine my ability to stay. It was much easier than the McDonald's interview I did. She was a kind but straightforward lady.
Easy process. Overall easy going job but low pay and can be busy at times. Created great friendships with the boss and a few co workers since most of the time there was only two people there
J'ai passé un entretien chez Subway (Barnsley, South West England, England)
Entretien
I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
