Smooth, friendly and professional. Interviewed with Ops manager and Front Office Manager. Be open and truthful and they will be willing to share more with you. Overall good interview. You can also ask for a position that you think you are more suitable instead of the role you are applying, but with good intention.

Phone screening and then once you’re shortlisted you would be invited for an interview at their hotel. You’ll be interviewed by two managers and they would mostly ask about your experience.
