Applied online and a recruiter reached out the next day. Set up a call for the next day. Recruiter was 10 minutes late to the call, went right in to asking me questions, hardly let me finish, and didn’t explain the role or the company in the least bit. Sent a thank you and two follow up emails with absolutely no response. Very unprofessional process.
