Interview process included assessing ski experience, teaching style, and interest in working with children / varied ages. Experience with customer service seemed helpful. It was a single interview only followed by training if accepted
This was a fairly straight forward interview process. We talked about relevant experience, availability, passion for the job, and more. After the interview, there is a training process where you learn how to instruct, and you get assessed on what groups you will be best paired with.
