I went through the interview process at Sulekha, which started with a technical round, followed by an HR round, and then an online test, and the process itself was straightforward and didn’t take much time; however, after completing all the rounds, I didn’t receive any update about the final result, and even after following up there was no response from the HR team, which made it feel like I was completely ghosted despite putting in time and effort, so overall while the interview rounds were fine, the lack of communication afterward made it a frustrating and disappointing experience.

The interview process at this company was noticeably slow and drawn out, taking several weeks longer than expected. Following the interviews, the salary negotiation phase was harsh and uncompromising, making it difficult to reach a mutually acceptable offer. This lack of efficiency and flexibility was disappointing.
