J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez SumUp (Londres, Angleterre) en mai 2026
Entretien
The interview was scheduled quickly and easily, with access to a calendar for options. The interview itself was nice - a typical first stage interview. Medium-difficulty questions, and the interviewer was nice. However, after completing an in-depth application, interview prep, and a 45-min long interview, I unfortunately only received an automated "your application has not been successful" email. This says a lot about a company. If they don't care about giving a couple of lines of feedback after a candidate giving them hours of time, do they actually care about their employees' time and effort?

Five stage interview process including a technical task. Unnecessarily long process (you should know if someone's right for a role after three interviews max, hence this is the norm at most companies) and slow communication. Had to chase for updates multiple times which felt pretty unprofessional.
