It was a very quick process all together with only 3 rounds and all happened in person which was nice. Everything went very quickly and they allowed me to get a real feel for the company.

Tell me about your previous experience. What do you like about Sumup and why work here. The standard support questions. Nothing difficult.
Very bad and disogranized process. They simply ghost you for then randomly scheduling the following interview after 3 weeks. Then they disappear again with no feedback. It looks like recruiters are not speaking with the interviewers at all

A candidatura foi muito simples, rapidamente marcaram a entrevista. A primeira entrevista foi bastante informal, uma conversa com um recrutador junior, que perguntou sobre as experiências anteriores, motivação para o cargo... em poucos dias recebi feedback.

The first interview went very nicely
I introduced myself and explained my plans, why I wanted to change job. I was told the main points, the contract conditions and the salary offered to everyone for this position. The first interview was more for getting to know each other, and the second interview with the head of the department will be a test of professional skills
