The interview process began with an online assessment that tested my knowledge in quality control fundamentals, attention to detail, and basic analytical skills. After passing the exam, I had a technical interview with the QC Head, where we discussed quality tools, inspection techniques, and real-life scenarios. Once I passed the technical round, I was invited for a final interview with the managers. That stage included a short presentation about myself and my background, followed by light questions to assess my communication, teamwork, and how I handle work pressure. The process was smooth, professional, and took around a week to complete.
