Smooth and moderately tough. They take written as well as face 2 face interview with 5-6 member interview board. After the online application they will call for written interview which is then followed by 2 F2F interviews.
I had a 2 stage interview. Stage 1 was written test which was 1 hour long and it was about some basic maths, general knowledge and an essay writing. The face to face interview was 45 mins long and they asked all about business trading.
