It took a few months to get notified for the first interview after submitting the resume online. There were 2 interviews. The first one was with sales team, and the second one was with the HR manager and the president.

The HR manager asked what I do on my free time. That was an irrelevant to my job. The HR should never ask about private life of interviewee.
