I had a final interview with the team, and the overall interview experience felt very positive. The interviewers were encouraging and mentioned that I would receive an update with a decision by Friday.
However, after the interview, I received no response at all. I sent follow-up emails to both HR and the hiring team, but never heard back from anyone.
I completely understand that companies may choose other candidates, but professional communication and closure are still important parts of the candidate experience. Being ghosted after a final interview was honestly disappointing.

In other aspects that was okay and comfy. And of course, I was in English and was more than 30 words

I had three interviews. One with a free approach, fit culture, budget, Then two technical.
The first was about support, technical knowledge of integrations, databases, etc.
The last one was about quality of work, handling hard situations.
