my interview was mostly scenario based questions. if you’ve worked customer service then it should be a breeze. they were all easy questions for the most part. interview did not last very long either

The interview process was easy and fun and I felt good about the interview because the District manager made me feel comfortable. Was already working for company and got a promotion.

Entretien
i was scheduled to have 2 interviews at two different times and the manager did not show up for my interviews. After i finally got an interview only due to my persistence, it was spur of the moment thrown with some employee that happened to be in the store and needed to interview me because the girl didnt show up for my interview twice! After i interviewed she told me she thought i was a great fit and then someone was suppose to call and let me know that i had an interview with the owner and no one ever called me. I called to find out what was going on and they told me my application had been thrown out because i didnt show up for an interview with the owner! I never got a call about anything concerning and interview with the owner, how could i not show up if i didnt even know about it! So , the owner was finally contacted and i got my interview. I got the job and it was the worst experience of my life working with the children they call mangers in those stores.
