The initial interview was via the phone. The second interview was with hiring manager and one technical employee. The third interview was with upper management and business team. The interview was very thorough.

The manager was technical and probed the depth of my knowledge and past experience. I was actually quite impressed with the knowledge of the manager by the end of it
