Process was all online, with a final in person interview with the director. The in person was a quick 10 min, and more of a formality that anything else

What was a difficult situation you've been in and how did you resolve it
Took 4 months to be selected for interview then schedule a single interview round. Interview had some technical but mostly behavioural questions. It was with the manager and an HR rep. Interview felt easy and they were good to talk to. Offer came in two weeks later.
