I interviewed with multiple people over the course of multiple days. It was all very unstructured, but some people being more formal than others. They also have a personality testing process they use to match people with specific positions. Overall it felt cohesive. I have heard that when people have to work through the recruiters it can be a little disjointed. My advice would be to just power through that and get to the people making the decisions.
