I got a call from applying through Yorkdale's job bank. I then was invited to do an interview After the interview, I was told that there is a second interview where I have to audition with a sales associate. I was offered the job after my audition Interviewers were very knowlegable and relatable.

Very simple questions mostly behavioral and personality based. They were judging if I could make conversation and carry a convo even if it’s unrelated to selling. Very simple and casual interview, nothing out of the ordinary
