First off, I respect Sunoco's interview process. My interviewer was great and the overall experience was smooth! I applied for a mid-level managerial position in March 2016 and received an invitation to interview roughly 5 weeks later. It was an hour long interview and I was told that there would be no second interview, as the department was staffing up immediately to meet the demands of a rapidly growing business. My interviewer put me at ease and although the interview was all business, it was a relaxed environment. I immediately knew that I had made the right choice applying to Sunoco.
