They mostly just want to know that you are self-motivated, hard working, are willing to commit to your success, and can bounce back from rejection as this is a sales job where you have to generate, pitch, and close your own leads.

Pretty easy, looking to always hire. Just explain to them your plans to grow and what motivates you to succeed and you will be good to go. Low stress interview
Phone interview was strange to the point. After the initial there is a request to visit the office to see if you're a good fit for the company.
I'm the first to admit, this isn't for everyone, especially this job being some cold selling.

Standard but informative conversation with the territory lead where he walked me through the process of a sale in their business model. I left with a good understanding of the company workflow.
