I highly recommend avoiding this company, even if their recruiters reach out to you directly. The hiring process is excessively long and completely disorganized. I was headhunted and subsequently put through 7 rounds of interviews plus a test assignment over the course of roughly two months. Ultimately, I received a generic rejection. Initiating contact with a candidate only to string them along and dismiss them without cause speaks volumes about their internal corporate culture.
