A very complex interview process for no reason. I went through an initial phone screening, and then scheduled an in-person interview. During my interview I met with two people from HR for 20 minutes, asking very standard interview questions. I then met with the Marketing Manager for about 1 hour. The interview was more of a conversation about Supplyhouse's growth plans and future. The next day I was asked for 3 references and to complete a 2 hour skills assessment. They contacted all of my references and were "very impressed" with my skills assessment. I was then asked to complete an hour long personality assessment. Once completed I was asked to come in for final rounds. During final rounds, in all separate interviews I met with the CEO, CFO, Head of HR, two members from the marketing team, and the marketing manger again. That was 5 interviews in two hours where I was asked the same questions by all of the interviewers.
The CEO asked me what my SAT scores were- I though this was an odd request and made me uncomfortable. I actually have great sat scores, I just thought that it wasn't applicable because I was 17 when I took the the test and now I am 25.
3 days after the final rounds they told me I didn't get the job, when I asked why and for feedback I was ignored. I I dedicated 8+ hours to this company and felt very mistreated. I don't recommend.
