I interviewed at SupplyHouse after applying through their careers page. It’s genuinely one of the companies I was very excited about because of the work culture, remote opportunity, and the kind of engineering work they do. The interview process started with a HackerRank assessment consisting of 3 development-focused questions: JavaScript hash function, React rating component (with keyboard accessibility and 0.5 increment/decrement support, trust me it's challenging in the real interview), TypeScript custom memoization, The assessment was challenging, especially the React problem, but I was able to complete all 3 questions successfully. After that, I had an HR screening round, which was smooth and professional. The recruiter was polite and asked standard questions around my background, tech stack, challenges in my previous role, and why I wanted to join SupplyHouse. Although I later received a rejection email, I wish the process had included specific feedback, as that would have helped me understand where I fell short and improve for future opportunities. Overall, the process felt organized and professional. While the outcome wasn’t what I hoped for, I still have a positive impression of the company and would gladly apply again in the future & hopefully I'll make my place in their team.

The interview process consisted of the initial screening followed by an assignment round. After the assignment round was the F2F phase consisting of discussion with HR, tech F2F round, and Cultural fit round.
