During the interview process, they abruptly ceased responding to my emails when I was trying to schedule a meeting. Instead, I received a standard rejection email, leaving no room for further dialogue, particularly given my extensive qualifications. Even after seeking feedback, I received no response from them.

Their process was 1, Recruiter screen, 2. Senior recruiter, 3. QA Manager, 4. Take home assessment 5. Technical review of assessment. 6. VP/CTO meeting.
The recuriting team was pretty good, although their interview process is entirely too long with too many steps. The assessment itself is flawed, has multiple issues and poor instructions. I received no feedback to what was wrong with my approach to their assessment, except a generic thanks for your time email from the recuriting team. Overall, a waste of time.
Sure has a long process and their interviews are waste of time overall, abusing candidates in technical assignment stage. Details below:
There are 4 steps: 1-Initial call with recruiter. 2-Interview with QA manager. 3-Unnecessarily lengthy take home assignment; the assignment itself is low quality and has its own errors, and they expect you to bring a good output out of it. 4-After assessment, a panel interview with 3 people. They list the role as manual QA, but they are indecisive and go back and forth in what they want: manual or automation? Not worth it to spend time and energy to their interviews.
