1 phone screen with the person who is with the PE firm that owns them, then an interview with the CRO who is based on the west coast but "flies" into St. Louis. Additional rounds of an in person and 1 final with the CEO. The compensation of this role is that of a front line manager, BUT they claim they want a Director? No guarantee of any commission without hitting 100% of goal. Sounds like they don't want anyone to actually succeed here. Major red flags in hiring; the last person only lasted 3 weeks? The person before that hadn't hit numbers in 2 years. Odd. Strangely enough, they must have lost out on their other candidate, they just reposted the job. I was told though they were going to speak to as many candidates as humanly possible, but act quickly.

Process took just under 2 weeks, pretty great experience. Fun office in St.Louis, met with the sales team. Product needs a little bit of work but overall they are going in the right direction. Made it to the final round but was not chosen for the role.
