For this position of part time employee I applied in person. The next night at approximately 10:30 pm I was called by one of the owners of this franchise. I was asked to do an interview the next day. I went for the interview and she didn't ask me many questions except for my availability. She also told me she called me because of where I previously lived because she loved that area and thought the people there were nice. I was offered a job on the spot and started work two days later.

I applied in-person and they gave me a paper application right away. The owner of the franchise in my location said they were in need of employees because everyone was going back to school so it was a highly guaranteed job. He said he was going to contact me "maybe the next day" and he did two days later. It was a phone-call interview and the questions that were asked was mainly about your availability, what are you going to school for, and other general "get to know you" questions. It was a very easy-going experience since the owner is very laid-back and chill and it felt like you are talking with a good friend/acquaintance.
