Entretien
I had an interview for a Ukrainian office. The interview process went quite smoothly, and the questions asked were of good quality. However, I provided strong answers and had a clear idea of how to respond. Despite this, I was ultimately rejected. I believe the issue may not lie with either me or the interviewer. The company appears to be somewhat unconventional. It's a startup, and the team size fluctuates frequently, with many positions on their website remaining open for extended periods.

Entretien
First I talked to a recruiter. Very nice person and direct. Then i went through two stage interview. One the program manager. More about dalary desires and my goal in 5 years. Questions about team and task management. Then i spoke to an engineer where i was asked technical questions.
