Applied online and received an email for a phone interview. Started out with two behavioral questions why sig, why trading, why my major etc. Then had 3 math questions one about 5 people sitting at a round table, a counting game and a coin game.

4- head of operation - heavy operational stuffs
Overall pretty good. Last round you really need to prepare they will ask you to solve issues on the spot under pressure by throwing a lot questions

Phone Call with Australia office HR (General motivational question) for screening purposes. Once you get through this round, interview with US HR(Motivational + Technical). The questions that I got for the technical interview can all be found on glassdoor.
