The manager contacted via email for a phone screening. Basically asked the experience listed on the resume and introduced the job. Then scheduled an on-site interview with 2 RDs. Asked several behavioral situational questions and several case studies.

Quick 30 minute interview that asked "situational" questions and clinical questions. Would definitely brush up on MNT knowledge, especially in ICU. Decision was quick and HR was flexible in start date.
