First was a phone interview, then a face to face with the Director of a department. Then interviewed by a panel, including several people from different locations that were brought in via video conferencing. Each experience was very positive. The interviewers worked hard at putting me at ease. Very professional, friendly atmosphere.

Great experience! Interviewed by 3 members of the department, the director, another admin assistant I worked under, and a nursing staff member. They were very kind and friendly and answered all questions I had about the role. Clear communication and completely compassionate.

Be prepared for a panel interview, bring at least 4-5 resumes. Questions are generic, be prepared to "sell" yourself. After the interview the offer or denial is sent through your portal, so be sure to have your email updated.

Entretien
The phone interview is done over speaker phone with another team member listening in. Be prepared to answer questions that attest to your knowledge/experience. The whole phone interview lasted about 15-20 min.
