Met with Manager and Assistant Nurse Manager! Mostly asked about situational Emergency questions and how would I handle each situation! Also included questions regarding how I would handle a difficult situation between myself and a teammate!.

What would you do if you had a patient who was short of breath, while you also was called to take care of a patient who was bleeding from an Iv site and you have a Physician returning a call placed to him earlier?
They went on an initial phone call and asked why I wanted to work for sutter. Then they talked about my experience and asked about what experience I have. They got to know a little about me and why nursing

The panel interview process is extremely intimidating. There are approximately 8 staff including, manager, assistant manager, and other nurses from the department. The manager asks most of the questions, while the other staff judge your answers.
Quick and simple. The manager called and I interviewed on zoom with them and a charge nurse. Called by HR within the hour to offer job. Good, easy experience. Expected questions.
