The interview process started with an initial recruiter screen, virtual interview with the hiring manager, in person interview with senior leadership, and then an in person interview with peers. Many questions were focused on process and leadership qualities.

Entretien
Interviewed after flying across country to interview with another country and drove to Sacramento to meet with Sutter staff on a different day. Met with several people on the leadership team. Couldn't meet with two, as they were at another site, but did phone interview while I was there. I ended up having to miss more work to fly out for another interview to meet the two people who I phone interviewed with before. I met with one person for an hour and the other person could not be bothered to show up. So, missed two days of work for a one hour interview.

Entretien
There was a phone interview, several in-person interviews and two panel interviews followed by a personality type test and a drug test. Panel interviews were not with the same people who interviewed me one-on-one.
