Got an interview quickly and very informal and relaxed. I turned up on the wrong day and offered to go and come back on the correct day but they said no it's fine stay and we can do interview they sat me in the managers office while getting another support worker to help with the interview, they made me feel very at ease and I felt so comfortable and knew immediately I wanted the job.

Interview process was pretty straightforward 1. Telephone call and an email update for an interview 2. Face to face interview 3. Document verification 4. DBS clearance 5. Completion of online training.
