1st interview, 2nd interview

The application process was first handled by Academic Work, where two online interviews were held (one experience-based and one personality-based). As a third and last step, there was a physical interview with the employer at their office. The interview duration was a little bit less than an hour with an informal structure. There was more of a conversation where the role and expectations from both parts were discussed.
