Application Review
Once you apply, our recruiting team carefully reviews your resume and portfolio (if applicable). If your profile aligns with the role, we’ll reach out to schedule a conversation.
Initial Screening (30 minutes)
A recruiter or hiring manager will connect with you for a phone or video call. We’ll discuss your background, interest in the role, and answer any initial questions you may have.
Technical/Skill Assessment (60–90 minutes)
Depending on the role, this may involve a take-home assignment, case study, or live problem-solving session with one of our team members. We aim to simulate real tasks as much as possible.
Panel Interview (2–3 rounds)
You’ll meet with potential teammates and cross-functional partners. These conversations are focused on your technical abilities, problem-solving approach, and cultural alignment. We value curiosity, collaboration, and clarity in communication.
Final Chat with Leadership
A final conversation with a senior leader or department head to align on expectations, long-term goals, and answer any final questions.
