The first interview is in water and you shadow one of their instructors for a few classes you don't interact with the kids. You just watch. The second part is with a manager but I was told they would call me that day because they were teaching at the time. Unfortunately, they didn't call me for a few days and then that time I'd already accepted a different position.

The interview process is fun and gives you a fair representation of what the job is like. They let you shadow another swim instructor in the pool, and then after you get a chance to meet with the manager. The manager is super nice!
