Sent in resume and cover letter, got a call back a week later. Talked to the manager during off peak hours in the restaurant. She called me back a few days later to tell me I got the job.

Very relaxed, in person one on one with the manager. Asked basic questions about working in a restaurant. Job was offered on the spot at the end of the interview

What would you do if someone approached you upset with their experience.
It was an interesting experience . Not many questions asked. I got the job really easy. They mentioned that they are like a family during that time and I should have known better
