It was very fast process and not painful. I had first screening with my future manager manager and the lead of the team who was just settling up in his new responsibilities. This was for the creation of a new team where I would have been part of the senior circle. After the discussion, I got invited on-site for more discussion and a technical test. It took half a day on-site but it was a nice experience overall.
