There are several steps in the interview process and one I really appreciate is the team interview. It gives you a chance to meet and talk to people in the department that may become coworkers. They get to give feedback and input as to who should get hired.

This was a very unique interview process. I actually enjoyed it, although it was challenging. There are 3 virtual interviews. The 1st is with the lead clinical registrar. You will learn company expectations and let the company know more about you. The 2nd interview is with a panel of registrars. This allows different types of questions and topics to discuss. It's a great way to get to know the team and learn more about the work flow & daily duties. The final interview is with your future manager. This interview is more specific. You will talk more about your experience and the knowledge & skills you will bring to the company.
