Entretien
A group of potential interns and I went to their Wilmington office. We had a tour of the facility, followed by three rounds of consecutive interviews. One was your standard whiteboard programming questions, they allowed me to answer in whatever language I liked. The second asked more abstract and object-oriented questions, testing knowledge of concepts. The third was more of a casual conversation. We talked about the company, aspects of my resume, and what a potential intern would be doing.

A variation of the FizzBuzz question, but it was essentially the same thing. Most questions on the programming portion of the interview were roughly this level of difficulty.
I recently interviewed for a position and the experience was overall positive. The process was well-organized, starting with an initial screening call, followed by a technical interview, and then a final interview with the team lead.

Entretien
It was a basic phone screen to determine whether I was eligible for the position for not. The interviewer was kind and asked simple questions regarding my background. She also gave a brief description of what the position's role and responsibility was on top of the company's goals.

In total there're 3 round interview process. Super nice interviewee and HR, pretty good interview experience.T he interviewee share details about company and group, and provide clear guidance in coding questions.
