Entretien
I originally applied for the role in mid November. In mid December I received a call back from HR on the role and ended up doing a phone screen w/ HR a few days later. That phone screen led to an onsite int with the hiring mgr in mid December. I thought the interview went well. Did not receive any call back or email on status. This is really the main reason I give Symetra a negative. I totally get that there may be a better candidate out there, but have the professional courtesy to send a rejection email.
