Candidates interact with the Local Recruiter and usually with the Recruitment Coordinator who schedules and confirms interview arrangements, thus allowing the Local Recruiter to spend more time talking with each selected candidate - because we know how important it is to ensure candidates have a thorough understanding of the role and Company to assess whether we are a good fit for them and vice versa.
Sometimes urgent business or personal emergencies arise requiring appointments to be rescheduled and sometimes at very short notice; and we are sorry that you were not afforded the opportunity to interview with the hiring manager. As you identified the opportunity that you interviewed for, we can confirm that this was such an instance of a last minute emergency and we do apologize for the inconvenience.
