The interview process consisted of three conversations. A screening call with one of their recruiters, a soft skill focused interview and a hard skill focused interview. The hard skill focused interview was accompanied by a take home assignment, which was well defined. During the interview process I've seen most of my direct would-be colleagues, which helped completing the image of Sympowers' work environment. I had the feeling that everyone involved took ample time to get to know me, and made sure all my questions were answered. The conversations were developed organically, and I felt comfortable right away.
