There is one round of brief interviews and talks for arrangements with HR. This will then be followed by an actual interview with 2 of the professionals in the applied department.

HR was relatively fast in scheduling for an interview. Interview was intriguing as the interviewer shared a lot of information regarding to Symrise and their structure. Other than the technical supervisor, the director was also there for the interview. It is expected of the candidates to be aware of certain technical terms used in the flavor/fragrance industry.

They were looking for an intern and I applied, everyone there were eager to teach me how to do things, after a brief period I got to leader a couple projects supervised by my immediate boss, she liked my work and then, after 6 months when someone left for a better opportunity, i got the job.
