You meet with HR over the phone for quick logistics questions first, then set up an interview with the manufacturing team leader who tells you more about the role and dat to say expectations to give you a feel for the job, asks you a few questions about your resume/previous experiences. Then you’ll come to the facility for a follow up interview to get a tour and you meet with two other members of the team where a couple technical questions are asked but it’s usually more hypothetical, still related to manufacturing processes (ex: what would you do in X situation?)
