The company is located in a nice building, but throughout the email, I have to enter the building to get the elevator upstairs from backdoor. You can easily find the office by the instructions they given. The lady from reception was very nice. I was there 30 min earlier than the appointment, I filled a paper of questionnaires, such as what I see myself to learn from the company, make orders for elements you care the most. After I was taken to an office by the lady at the reception, oddly I was interviewed by her. The process was easy and nice, we were basically going details about the position, benefits of the company, and introduce myself. She quickly said I seem to be the one they are looking for for the role, I get the second interview next week to shadow what their daily routine is. I rejected, the company is too far from where I live.

The interview was less about learning about me and more about telling me about the job and how the training works. The company’s CEO is actually the one who conducted my interview. He was very candid and honest about the position, which I appreciated, but I was interviewed with another person at the same time whose background was vastly different from mine, so I don’t feel like the interviewer got to know me as well as I would have liked.
