Very weird. They didn't even know I was coming in for the interview and the guy I was supposed to meet wasn't even there. The man interviewing me starts telling me life stories and then when we finally get into the interview process he's mainly telling me how they do things differently than their competitors. I wasn't asked too much about my work or background.

The interview was quick. I did feel like they more so just needed people and not like i stood out, they are just looking to fill the position with anyone. The interviewer was kind but I’m skeptical.
