Normally a lot of interviews with different people in different countries. for me it was 10 interviews in 3 countries. Starting with interview over the phone, then meeting with recruitment agency, after that meeting with HR Director and Hiring Manager. Then depending on outcome, meeting with General Manager and above-country functional manager. Lastly Area/regional people.
