I got contacted by Synthesis after having uploaded my CV online and got booked in for an initial interview with Declan. He was very easy to talk to and we had a quick but informative discussion. I got through to the second stage interview and had about an hours chat about what my strengths are and what the company does / how it operates. All this went well so I subsequently got through to the final stage.
