The interview process was great, I was initially contacted via telephone for a pre screen call, once I had passed this, I was invited in for an initial interview with the People and Culture team, this was a get to know me style interview, they use the phrase "bring your CV to life" so discuss your past roles and talk about job duties and responsibilities. About a week later I was contacted to come back for a final stage interview with the CEO, where both People and Culture and the CEO made me feel very welcome, had alot of laughs and also presented a powerpoint to discuss how I could help SysGroup with my expertise, Overall the Interview Process was good, effective and was offered the role a few days after!
