Entretien
I am amazed how unpleasant experience I had with such a well reputed software company.
Any ways got a call from HR where she only asked a bit about my experience and then she said there will be a video interview which will be technical and it was scheduled. At that point I wasn't being asked about my current or desired salary or anything else like for eg how many interviews there will be in total.
First Interview:-
I was asked about azure cloud related questions which was fine
But then against my expectation he asked me about my current and desired salary.
I was so much surprised that how come a technical person is asking such questions as he is not supposed to anyhow I told him.
Next day got a call from HR that I have been recommended for a second technical interview this time HR asked me about my current and desired salary.
Second Interview:-
Person was a Pakistani local who was interviewing from USA he again asked few technical questions and then went on asking about my salary both current and desired again it was a surprise also this person tried to belittle me by saying you are not worthy of what you are asking (not directly but it was clear).
I was also told there's no system or process for increments.
It was all upto the director or manager.
At the end I was told I will receive an offer in next week it wouldn't be what I have demand for but I will be getting an offer.
I was told it will be all 5 days work from office job and I might have to put some extra hours like half an hour to an hour for meetings.
Summary:-
Very first alert of a toxic and unorganised system was when I was asked about my salary from a technical person.
Second was the very minute details being given by HR
Third was the belittling in the second video interview and telling so proudly about a toxic work environment where there is no work life balance.
Fourth is specifically saying to offer an offer and then not even contacting that you aren't selected or job is closed.

Entretien
It was very accurate and gives me more experience for questions concentrate about how to use technology and how the developer understand the code or the feature, talking about more trends and how to use it in the technology
Basic questions on a phone interview. The next step was meeting in the office, for a behavioral interview. The HR has been very cooperative. I had accepted the offer. The company provides good career growth.
