J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Sytac (Amsterdam) en nov. 2024
Entretien
I interviewed at one of their clients, and it was a positive experience overall. The process was clear, though a bit long..... but I appreciated being kept informed about each step. The interviewers were kind, made me feel comfortable, and encouraged me to ask questions. They focused on both technical skills and cultural fit, with an emphasis on problem-solving and real abilities over memorized answers. It left me with a very good impression of them.

Question 1
I was asked how to process large datasets with Azure Databricks and Spark, explain Azure Data Factory and Synapse Analytics, and decide between Azure Blob Storage and Data Lake. The questions were deep, technical, and challenging.
Sytac's Recruitment Manager contacted me via LinkedIn for a position on the Tribe Data & Analytics team. And, of course, I was interested, so I sent over my resume. Fortunately, the recruitment manager found my profile interesting, so we booked a call to discuss the possibilities further and explore possibly working together. After the first meeting, which was quite polite and welcoming, I had a technical discussion with the recruitment staff. The goal of this discussion was for the team to determine whether I am better suited to the job description and for them to gain a thorough understanding of my technical background. This time, I had an intriguing conversation with Darragh and Milly, members of the Sytac recruitment team. Although I later received an email from Sytac stating that they will be moving forward with other candidates who are better suited for the job, I felt that I received prompt feedback from the team, as is anticipated of a responsive firm. This procedure appears to be fair and smooth. The crew also has a wonderful heart which I enjoyed most.
